All artworks will include my watermark/signature that the commissioner is not allowed to remove, though the commissioner will receive a version without a watermark.

Prices are subject to increase depending on the complexity of the pose, details of the background, if I have to design the character myself, etc..

I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable with. Please see my “Do’s and Don’ts” for more details

You are allowed to give a deadline. However, please know that deadlines should be given at least two weeks in advance.

I have no interest nor will I make any artworks regarding NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens), cryptocurrency, blockchain-related technology, AI-generated projects, or anything related. Please do not use my artworks for such.

l do not allow my artworks to be used to train AI to create AI generated images, whether they are commissioned or not.

iNo Color/Greyscale - artworks that only have a grey color or a single color throughout the entire piece with minimal shading.

Flat Colors - artworks that just have simple, flat colors without any shading or highlights. Eyes, however, can be colored properly if the commissioner wishes to have them colored.

Full Render - artworks that are colored, shaded, and highlighted. Note: If an artwork is in a noir artstyle, it will be considered a full rendered artwork.

Lineless artworks - full rendered artworks that do not have any lineart. As lineless artworks are the most time consuming style, they cost 100% more than the base price.

Chibis - artworks that are meant to have characters be small in size with a slightly large head.

Head Shots/Bust Shots - artworks that are drawn either from the neck up or head up. The background can be either a simple color drop, gradient, or with stamped symbols.

Half Body Shots - artworks that show characters from above the waist. Characters sitting down are counted as full body shots unless their legs are not visible, in which they will be counted as either half body shots or knee up shots.

Knee Up Shots - artworks that show the characters from either the knees or thighs up. Characters sitting down are counted as full body shots unless their legs are not visible, in which they will be counted as either half body shots or knee up shots. Chibis do not have knee up shots

Full Body Character Shots - artworks that show the full body of the characters. Characters sitting down are counted as full body shots unless their legs are not visible, in which they will be counted as half body shots.

Book Covers - non-commercial book covers meant for Tapas or Wattpad use A variety of things can be in the cover (such as minimalistic designs or light novel-esque designs). Tapas book covers will have a matching thumbnail derived from the cover. Details will be discussed thoroughly on what the cover shall look like. NOTE: This is my only commission in which I will NOT accept commercial orders.

Emotes - small artworks that can be used as Discord emojis

GIF Edits - artworks can be edited as GIFs, and it can have two or three frames.

Currency accepted is either USD or PHP and can be paid through PayPal or GCash (for PHP)

Commissions will be paid 50% upfront and 50% after commission is finished. Bust Shot sketches and chibi sketches will be paid 100% upfront.

If you pay more than 50% of the down payment, the additional payment will be counted as a tip and will not count to the total price.

Please wait for me to accept your commission and give you a slot before sending me the 50% down payment or 100% payment.

Commercial commissions will have a higher price, charged at 2.5x the original price. More information will be available below.

I will notify you when I have started your commission. During the process, you can still refund your commission before I finish it (see Refund/Cancelation Policy down below).

While working on the commissions, I will make reviews with you to make sure I make it right just for you.

The reviewing process will be as follows: I will first show you a base sketch/thumbnail sketch, then wait for your approval. Afterwards, I clean the sketch up and draw another messy sketch, though with details, then wait for your approval again.

I make another clean up sketch where you can see more of the details, though cleaner. Then, I will show you a colored version. Finally, I will show you the rendered piece.

NOTE: After the cleaned sketch, you are no longer allowed to refund the commission.

The time it takes to finish your commission varies 1 week - 1 month depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, etc.. If school starts again, it might range from 2 weeks to 1 ½ months, perhaps even more.

If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time, I will let you know ASAP

Once the piece is finished, you will receive the full resolution image via email to receive its full glory, along with a smaller one with a watermark for internet upload.

If the commissioned artwork is a book cover, you will recieve three things: one is the full resolution image, the other one is a smaller version suitable for either Wattpad's or Tapas's required sizes, and the other is a watermarked version for internet upload.

As of the moment, commercial commissions are only available for digital-only goods. Which means, making physical goods (merchandise such as body pillows, keychains, stickers, etc.) is prohibited.

Commercial commissions are charged 2.5x the total price.

What is considered as digital goods are account banners, streaming assets (schedule, loading screen, social media, etc.), promotional material (promotional art, key visual, etc.) or anything that can be used on monetized platforms.

If you paid for a personal artwork and wish to use them commercially, you are free to contact me via email or Discord, and we will further discuss.

Paying for an artwork does not mean you are allowed to use them for NFTs or for AI-generated projects. If you do use them for such, you will be immediately blacklisted.

Revisions can only happen during the reviewing process.

I do not accept furthermore revisions unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made (i.e. wrong colors, missing details, missing shading, etc.).

Afterwards, I will no longer accept revisions

I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.

I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.

I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.

I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.

Use the commissioned piece for personal use UNLESS the commissioner pays for the commercial fee (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.)

Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.

Use the artwork to promote themselves. You are not forced to give me credit when you post it but it is very appreciated.

Use the artwork on their Youtube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings.

Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially without paying for the commercial fee.

Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork for physical merchandise.

Claiming the artwork as your own

Removing my signature or watermark from the artwork

Altering the artwork without my consent

Using any of my artworks for NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens), cryptocurrency, blockchain-related technology, AI-generated projects, or anything related to the aforementioned.

If the commissioner breaks the copyright infringement in any way, shape, or form, every right they had to the artworks will be retracted, and they will be blacklisted. A warning will be sent out to potential vendors as well.

Drafts/mockups that you must decide which one I should continue with (depending on the complexity of the commission there might be fewer or more drafts)

Sketch and/or final sketches that you must accept before I continue the work

Insight and involvement in color plan (depending on the complexity of the commissioned piece)

Chibis, Headshot/Bust Shots, Half Body Shots, and Full Body Character Shots - a full resolution file of 2048px x 2048px at 300dpi, with a smaller and watermarked version for internet upload. Their sizes can be readjusted if the characters do not fit the square canvas. The content will vary depending on what additional orders are made (i.e., full body flat colored, full rendered chibi, etc.)

Emotes -a full resolution file of 2048px x 2048px at 300dpi, with a smaller and watermarked version for internet upload. The emote will be transparent, and it can be resized and readjusted to fit better.

GIF Edits- a GIF at 1920px x 1920px at 15fps, one at its original large size and the other compressed for internet upload. Additionally, the non-glitched frames used for the artwork will also be sent, along with smaller ones for internet upload. The GIFs will always have watermarks. The canvas size can be adjusted if the characters do not fit the square canvas.

Book Covers - a cover that fits Wattpad or Tapas's standard cover size and a matching thumbnail from the cover for Tapas. A smaller and watermarked version for internet upload.

The buyer is allowed a 50% refund once I've started the commission. However, after the cleaned sketch, the buyer is no longer allowed a refund.

If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.

If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
